In India, the path is narrow. There's no clear pipeline. No guaranteed scholarships. No promised career. Most parents will say: "focus on studies — sport won't pay the bills."

We disagree. Sport is not the alternative to a future. It's the foundation of one.

WHY THIS EXISTS

I WATCHED TOO MANY PEOPLE GIVE UP.

My name is Rudransh Das. I'm 16, I play goalkeeper for Maharashtra Oranje FC, I've captained the club at the AIFF Youth National League, and I'm in Grade 11 preparing for A-Levels.

Every day I train before school and revise at night. I've seen peers let go of their dreams because someone told them sport was a distraction. I built All For Athletes because I know that's wrong.

Excelling at sport is not a barrier to a great future. It's an aid. This platform exists to prove that — and to create the community I wished I had.
